In the last few months I have recieved excellent care on both the endoscopy unit and pre assessment at medway. I was very distressed at the prospect of having an endoscopy and colonoscopy but the team on this unit were outstanding. The nurses and my surgeon realized my distress and set about making the experince one I could get through! They were brilliant Thankyou. A few weeks later, I attended for surgical day sugery for repair of a hernia. Again, I felt very well looked after throughout. Thankyou to my surgeon and all the staff on recovery who looked after me.
