I was involved in a major road crash on the M4 as detailed above. I have to say that at every turn my treatment was swift, efficient and administered with a humanity and compassion that leaves me in no doubt that we have the greatest health service in the world. Thank you to the A & E dept and also to the ambulance service that picked me up. Such small words with such a huge meaning. I am living proof that luck still exists and is out there in huge quantities - for as long as I am able I will continue to offer the highest opinions of the hospital and associated emergency services.
