"UltraSound at the Royal Free Hospital"

I attended the Royal Free in Hampstead last week for an ultrasound. I couldn't have been more impressed!

I was greeted on arrival by a volunteer who helped me to check in for my appointment. I sat down with plenty of reading material, expecting to have to wait. I was called on the dot for my appointment slot by a very friendly nurse and then greeted by the radiographer who undertook the scan. Both were caring and respectful and kept me fully informed throughout.

It was all so quick and efficient that I almost regretted booking the whole afternoon off work! Many thanks to all the team.
