"Nursing Staff and GP Appointments "

About: CAMHS Pls Tm-Rx

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The nurse on the wing is genuinely showing concern towards me and asks if I am ok.

Appointments for the GP should be based on each individual patients needs. Things requiring attention should be dealt with swiftly instead of waiting weeks.

We do prioritise our patients appointments, and base this on patient need. We recognise that our waiting times are longer than we would like, but we assure that that there is significant work happening to reduce future waiting times.
