"Good treatment"

About: Stafford Hospital

I took my husband to A&E in excruciating pain and with increasing numbness in his leg. From the start the receptionist was helpful finding me a wheelchair and explaining parking. The triage nurse was comforting and reassuring And we were seen reasonably quickly given that it was quite busy. Our nurse practitioner was excellent: thorough, respectful and again reassuring. Her advice and prescriptions were dispensed efficiently and within hours of getting home my husband had great relief and also a long term plan of what to do next. Thank you to all the staff at A&E.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I have shared this with the A&E team who I know will be delighted to receive your positive comments which really do make a difference to our staff who are working extremely hard to ensure our patients receive excellent care.
