"Not worthy of a 1 star"

About: Pinderfields General Hospital

A very dissapointing experience. A brought a friend in to see a doctor who had severe back and stomache pains with suspected apendicitis. Having to wait for a total of 8 hours is unacceptable. Only one tablet was given to ease pain the whole time. When questioning the waiting time there was no answer or update from the staff, communication very limited. Whilst I appreciate staff work hard and are very busy there is no excuse for poor customer service. On the whole a decently clean hospital but the service leads a lot to be desired!
