I had seen my knee consultant on the 26th november and signed my consent forms for my knee reconstruction i had my pre op on the 3rd of december and still have no letter to tell me when my operaration date is i have phoned his secretary only to be told by a answering machine there is no one in post in which they give you 6 extension numbers to ring i rang them to find out if a date has been set as surely there must be a date on system but each time its a snswering machine on each extension number i rang each number and left a message eith my name dob and contact number and still no reply Surely its not hard to say howling you have to wait for a date of admission after you have slready had your pre op
