What I liked
nothing. My wife was admitted into MAU last Tuesday night (23/09/08). See was told not to eat as there was a possibility of surgery and she is still there now (25/09/08). No one has been to see her. The nurses on the MAU ward keep telling her that they are trying to contact the surgical team to asses her but are getting nowhere. You wouldn't starve a dog this long, even prison inmates get better treatment.
What could be improved
Patient care.
Anything else?
Yes, when trying to ring the hospital this morning (0151 426 1600) I could not get an answer. It's been this way for years. Whats the point in publishing telephone numbers in phone books and websites when the do not work.
