"Diabetic nurses"

I wanted to say what amazing help and understanding I have received over the past few months form you diabetic nurses, I have had a serious illness which has put my diabetes under huge pressure and was advised by the specialist to contact the nurses with any problems, which I have done on numerous occasions, they have always rung me back and have been so helpful and concerned etc and nothing has been too much trouble, so I wanted you to know what an asset they are, instead of complaints heres a praise!
