"Good service but impossible to park."

I arrived at the hospital 1 hour and 15 minutes before my appointment in the Pain Clinic. I tried the new multi story car park but had to give in. I then tried the open car park at the far end of the hospital. I had to drive round for a considerable time before eventually getting a parking place. I then had to walk to the far end of the car park to get a ticket as there was only one ticket machine working. I arrived in the Pain Clinic with about 10 minutes to spare. This is not acceptable and needs sorting out urgently.

Thank you for the comment. We acknowledge and are sorry that sometimes it is difficult for patients and visitors to find a parking space immediately upon arrival. We are opening a car park this week for a further 82 patients and visitors spaces that will help. We encourage all patients, visitors and staff to use public transport if possible.
