"Excellent Care"

I had an endoscopy at Chase Farm Hospital two days ago. I was greeted by a load of smiling happy faces from every member of the team. I decided to have the procedure with throat spray. The team were extremely reassuring and professional. For a very uncomfortable procedure the team went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as is possible, letting me know of every step. There is something about a talking anaesthetic which made me feel relaxed and at ease though out the entire procedure. Each and every one of the team Dr's and Nurses working in the unit on Friday should be awarded for delivering outstanding care. Keep up the fantastic work.
