I was so impressed by the standard of care I recieved. The staff were all lovely but above that, totally professional throughout all aspects of their work. When going to theatre I felt calm and trusted the registra and her team totally. I was told exactly what was happening and this kept me calm. The communication between departments is fantastic my baby and I recieved amazing care from the midwives, consultants, paediatric unit, special care baby midwives, the visit from the physiotherapist before my discharge was particularly impressive as I am a sports coach and we discussed my recovery and return to sports. I could not have been happier with the level of care my baby and I recieved. Thank you to each and every member of staff who helped with my delivery and recovery. God bless the NHS- you're doing a brilliant job x
