"Excellent treatment in A and E"

I have had to visit A and E four times in the last 4 months. First after my 84 year old father had a fall. Twice with my daughter who had a chest infection and once with my son who had abdominal pains. Each time I have found the staff excellent and my son even asked if they were always that nice. My father was seen instantly and had an ECG, blood tests and his wounds all dressed within the hour. My daughter was given an x-ray and diagnoses within 2 hours and even though there was a pediatric clinical emergency the next time we had to go she was still seen by within 2 hours by a Doctor. The nursing staff kept us well informed of the fact that there would be a long wait due to the pediatricians dealing with a very severe case. My son had an x-ray and the lovely pediatrician referred him for a scan which she booked in for the same day. The nursing staff on Ash ward were great and he was seen by a Urologist and general surgeon before being discharged. I really cannot fault the care my family have received.
