I had the misfortune to be on the receiving end of the NHS, I work as a Senior Sister in another trust in the Emergency Department Last Saturday 18th January I managed to fall and fracture my wrist, I was booked in, triaged, given analgesia, taken to X-ray and then go into Resus all within 30 mins of arrival. The staff were all amazing and professional, they were unable to manipulate back in place and I needed an operation but they were all a credit to your Emergency Department, thank you St Thomas's
