"ambulatory care unit"

About: Peterborough City Hospital

What a fantastic department. Visited for an iron infusion on Sunday morning 19/01/14. The sister who dealt with me was absolutely superb. Her compassion for the care of her patient (had never met me before) was second to none. She was so knowledgeable about my disease (crohn's) i just so felt so at ease. I had to go back today 24/01/14 for blood tests with the sister to check the infusion has worked, she fully explained to me the next procedure if i need one. ISomone who loved what she did and it showed. I would not hesitate about having any treatment done in this department.
