I was recently taken to A&E by ambulance after a fall (and following the extreme kindness of a member of the public). I am so thankful to all the staff (and paramedics) for their efficiency and professionalism. Their calm no-nonsense approach was re-assuring and supportive at a stressful and embarrassing time. They all did a great job - which I appreciate very much.
