About: Darent Valley Hospital

A bit late leaving this review but felt I should wait until I had gone through the main investigations and operation. It was discovered that I had bowel cancer and I can only say that the various investigations, operation, aftercare and follow ups have been excellent. I would like to thank all the medical and nursing staff involved. My only criticism is that of car parking or lack of it, but I understand this is similar in most hospitals these days.

Have a diagnosis of bowel cancer can be very distressing but it was very heartening to read that you found the various investigations, operation, aftercare and staff excellent.
