About: Mary Hewetson Cottage Hospital (Keswick) North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust

(as the patient),

What I liked

It was my husband who was the patient on 8th September. Please pass on our thanks to the nurse and the doctor who attended as well as the ambulance staff.

My husband was transferred to Cumberland Infirmary where they discovered he had a bad reaction to a prescription drug. He was sorted out and is now back home (N.W.Durham).

It was all rather traumatic but the staff helped calm me down!

Thank you

What could be improved

Nothing that I could see

Thank you for taking the time to add your comments to this website. I am pleased to read that the care and treatment given to your husband was so satisfactory, and I hope that he has now fully recovered.

Your kind comments have been passed onto to the staff involved.
