"Upset is a mild way to discribe how I feel"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

Frustration - as to why my husband after being admitted to Bolton Hospital on Wednesday evening with pain in his stomach has not been seen by a doctor to advise what is prognoses is (it is now Friday). I thought that Hospital trusts have a duty of care to their patients however in this instance the information or should I say lack of information is lacking. Are we as patients expected to put up and shut up? The ward nurses are no help at all and seem to find it an irritancies when you try to enquire on your loved ones condition. The Hospital has a process for passwords to be used so that the hospital can discuss the progress of our loved one. However the this process falls down when patients are move between wards (as in my case).
