In my opinion the single most important aspect of care rests in the skill and compassion of the staff. The nurses and doctors I met were understanding, sympathetic, and although extremely busy, most concerned about my situation and other aspects of my health.
They even picked up a high cholesterol count, which I had not expected, and which I assume was not related to my condition. I have taken steps to influence my lifestyle, including better diet and exercise. This is an added bonus!
What could have been better was the wait to be seen. However, I believe that, like most people, I am tolerant of delays if there is good reason. I seem to have picked an extremely busy day!
I feel very positive about my care, and reassured that when I need attention, that I will be in safe hands
