What I liked

waited only 2 hours instead of 5.

What could be improved

no online maps of the hospital...come on this is 2008 get your finger out.

every other hospital that i checked online had a online map of its grounds and departments but one....the royal oldham hospital.....so there is no way to plan just where you need to go before you get to the hospital.

i notice that other people have commented about this problem but nothing has been done as for has i can see to solve it.
