"High level of care and fast and efficient service"

(as the patient),

I was suffering from extreme pain due to an abscess and rang first thing Monday morning. There were no emergency appointments until Tuesday so I was advised to ring another number. Fortunately a cancellation became available and I was seen within half an hour.

The reception and dental staff were excellent, putting me at ease and explained I needed an extraction.

I would like to express my gratitude for the high level of care and fast and efficient service.
