These are the latest comments from our Service Users that have been fed back to us as part of the Patient Experience Questionnaires;

PEQ: An excellent experience. I was doubtful at first that anything could be done but after meeting Sarah who I found to be very professional with a very friendly attitude with a willingness to listen it was not surprising that in my opinion we achieved some surprising results. And not forgetting Sally who I met initially who was also excellent.

Then got me thinking about situations.

PEQ: I found Allan to be very professional, courteous and understanding which gave me a great confidence in the care received not only from Allan but also from Rightsteps. I will continue to use the skills learnt from my sessions and cannot thank Allan enough for everything.
