"Not satisfied with treatment"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

Was seen at PRH, without satisfaction. Have had my good experiences at New Cross, hence my request to be seen by them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the treatment that you received at The Princess Royal Hospital.

Unfortunately, I am unable to comment on your feedback as I represent TRAQS and we are not part of the hospital. If you wish to discuss your comments further, please contact The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). This service is based at The princess Royal Hospital and will act on your behalf when handling patient or family concerns. They will liaise with staff, managers and where appropriate, relevant organisations to negotiate immediate or prompt solutions.

The PALS Office is situated in the main reception of The Princess Royal Hospital, Apley Castle, Telford, TF1 6TF.

Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm

Friday - 9am to 4.30pm
