What I liked

I was a patient on ward B5 for 5 days. The majority of the staff were so nice and friendly. The ward itself was spotless. The majority of staff were very professional.

What could be improved

Although the ward itself was immaculate the bathroom/toilet facilties were dirty. I had to inform the staff to tell the cleaners they need to be cleaned. It took 2 days for this to happen though. They were only cleaned once in the 5 days I was there and to be honest that wasnt a very good job.

Two of the staff on the ward were very unprofessional, treated the place like a place to sit and txt and talk to their friends all day. One in particular spent most of 1 day on her mobile to her friend. She was loud and lazy.

Anything else?

There were a few exceptentional staff on that ward who are a credit to the NHS profession.
