Had a brilliant experience at Maidstone hospital yesterday. Fisrtly we were greeted at the main door by a wonderful retired gentleman volunteer who took us to the Children's dept. We were seen by an outstanding male Doctor who was attentive, helpful, reassuring, thorough and had a great manner with our son. It made me feel so lucky to be able to use the NHS. What a great service it is and I am deeply impressed with Maidstone.
