"Disgraceful. you took away my fathers dignity"

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

My father aged 88 and fairly healthywas admitted on 30th september. I saw one doctor on admission and never saw another doctor again. The nurses were ok but understaffed. my fathers notes were incomplete.ie what I was told on admission was omitted from his notes but ultimately ended up as a cause of death on his death certificate. i was with him every day for two weeks until he died. Whilst there he contracted MRSA. He constantly complained about mistreatment by a male nurse who was on nights. No one would provide me with this persons details. sadly he lasted only 14 days before he died. After 88 years of living a dignified life he was stripped of his dignity by the NHS. I would love to find out the name of the male night nurse who scared my dad in the last two weeks of his life. Disgraceful. If anyone does take this website seriously hopefully they will contact me and investigate. This is a real issue since MId staffordshire
