"Very best experience of NHS care"

My Mother in law was on a break at Centreparcs when she became unwell, she was taken to Kings Mill Hospital A&E dept.

she was tested and monitored, it took a few hours, but throughout the staff, from support staff to consultant were very good, the hospital was very clean and I felt my Mum in law was getting excellent care,

she was admitted and saw a cardiologist and eventually after many tests it was decided to fit a pacemaker,

all the staff were so very caring and nothing was too much trouble, the ward was spotless and was being cleaned constantly, the food was excellent and had a good choice, the nursing and doctors kept giving us information and keeping us in the loop (much appreciated as in previous experience this does not happen) the whole atmosphere was of kindness and exceptional care, observing other patients on the same ward, they were equally very well looked after.

I have been in the care industry for several years and have seen a whole range of care facilities and this has been the very best experience of NHS care that I have witnessed.
