"Service has changed my life dramatically"

I had been struggling with this phobia since I was 5 years old and now being 24 it had come to the point where I had to get it sorted. I was recommended this service by a friend and told it was the best as it also helped her within a matter of weeks.

I started the sessions in October 2013 and have recently been discharged (Jan 14). I had one session a week and they were brilliant. I was in control all the time and never made to face my fear if I didn't feel the time was right.

I am so happy I contacted this service and it has changed my life dramatically. I can now do a lot of things I never thought I would be able to and look forward to the future ahead.

I am delighted that you have found our service so helpful and how wonderful it must feel for you to have come so far after all those years! Great that you can look forwards to your future in ways you hadn't been able to before. I'm particularly glad that you say you were in control as that is vital; it is your therapy and needs to be done in your time. I hope this will reassure others who may be thinking of accessing the service.
