I would just like to say that while I was staying at the royal free in hampstead there was one person that stood out from the rest which was the plastics register. Whenever we had a conversation he was very straightforward with me and had a great tone of voice you can see that he worked on his delivery so much so that it became natural. His customer service is great as well , a lot of other people could benefit in working and helping patients the way he does.  I would also like to thank a nurse on night shift and a doctor both in A&E, if you give out medals they deserve one too.
