About: National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery - Queen Square

I came to this hospital via royal free as they have had their neurosurgery dept closed . The staff in all areas are so very professional and kind. The staff always had time for a chat wether it be individual or as a bay debate. I was unhappy with one member of staff I was encouraged to talk to the modern matron, she came to my bed side and within a few hours had resolved the problem and had dismissed the person who was working from an agency never to be employed again. Very fair and caring I have had a few out patient appts changed but this works both ways.
