I'm astounded to read the comments about QMC. I received excellent care and found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. Their support went far beyond anything I had received in another hospital. I put this down to the fact that the Consultants and Doctors treated their staff with great respect and were very appreciative of their hard work. Sometimes the service we receive very much depends on our own attitude towards others.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We appreciate all feedback, as it helps us to identify areas where we can do better as well as areas where we have done things well. We would never want to discourage anybody from letting us know about a negative experience at one of our hospitals, if they felt they had one. However, it is lovely to hear your kind words and we are glad your experiences have always been positive ones. Values and behaviours - which is the way we do things and the way in which we treat one another - is important to us at NUH. We’re pleased to hear that the time we invest getting this right is paying off when it comes to the experience of our patients in our care.
