The staff have no manners, they speak and laugh in their language. It is very uncomfortable for patients - the 10 south ward especially. The 10 east ward is the worst if you cant speak english then you will have a tough time. The nurses take advantage of this and think they can treat you as they wish. had the worse experience of my life there.
