Lady wanted to report good service at her GP surgery as she has heard some criticisms and wants to give another point of view. She always asks for one of the same two doctors who know her (Dr Westmoreland or Dr Batty) and is very satisfied with her care. She feels she is treated with respect and has had quick referrals for hospital treatment when required.
