When patients phone Brook GP surgery in Hyde, they have to start phoning at 8am. As the line is very busy they need to keep phoning for sometimes 20 minutes or more. This lady and her husband know to keep pressing re-dial, but their elderly aunt can't do this and has been unable to make appointments. If you go to the surgery in person, the appointments are gone by the time the doors open.
