About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

Having attended both The Princess Royal Hospital and the Royal Sussex County hospital for the same surgical procedure you would not believe these hospitals are the same NHS Trust. The care and attention at the Princess Royal was second to none. The care at the RSCH however was dire! Arrived on ward 8A Millennium at 17:00 was not offered anything to eat until 07:30 next day breakfast. 24hrs without food. On being discharged was given no advice concerning aftercare or medication. Was discharged at 13:30 told to come back to collect medication from ward later. Phoned at 16:00 and 17:00 but medication still not arrived. Went to hospital at 18:00 but had to wait till 18:50 for medication to arrive.
