About: Milton Keynes Hospital

The clinic was running over 2 hours late. The nurses did their best to explain but it was quite clear that it was normal to run this behind.I was in with the consultant for approx. 7 minutes and then a decision was made. This could easily have been a telephone consultation. Why do they not think of other ways of working?
