"Support received"

I receive 1-1 support from Hetty's once a month. I can also ring, text or email whenever I need to. I find this very helpful to know that there is someone looking out for me.

What I find most helpful is having someone to listen to me and someone to talk to. I live quite a way from most services so it's very isolating. Having someone who will come to me is great as I don't drive, my mum and my sister also join us for the 1-1s which helps us all to give a consistent message.

I can say anything and know that its confidential.

I am encouraged to consider my own feelings too and do things that are good for myself, my kids and the grand children I look after
