What I liked

The whole process ran smoothly from pre-assessment, that was very thorough, to surgery . I felt that I was in the hands of caring professionals. On the day of surgery, I was admitted about 1pm and was back home for 4.

The facilities were excellent and very clean.

The hospital is a 'hidden gem'.

What could be improved

I felt my initial consultation was disjointed and could have been handled more smoothly. The staff seemed to rely on passing pieces of paper and files around that inevitably got covered up or were left on the wrong desk.

Anything else?

I was pleased to see how enthusiastic the staff were about the hospital and to find that so many different procedures are carried out.
