"A Massive Effort was Made"

I attended A&E today I can't fault how many tests they did to try to discover what was wrong with me they were excellent about managing my pain and I felt included and empowered in the decision making. They took trouble t explain what they were doing and why and answered all my questions. The waiting time was too long so they need more staff I felt that they saw me as quickly as possible correctly prioritising cases as they came in well done and many thanks.
