"The midwives at the Royal Forth Valley Hospital were fantastic"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Maternity unit

(as the patient),

I had a c section back in 2010 at the old SRI with my first child so when I fell pregnant with my second child I felt apprehensive about how this birth would be.

The midwives at the Royal Forth Valley Hospital were fantastic. I really couldn't have asked for anything more and I am sure they were vital to my successful VBAC.

I had never met my midwife before as none of my midwifery team were available but Heather was great. She put my husband and myself at ease and helped me stick to my birth plan. Really can't thank her enough.

Dear Alison

Thank you for taking the time from your busy family life to post your positive feed back. We will pass on to all staff as well as Heather. It is always good to hear when staff have supported mothers to have the best possible experience.

I hope you and your family are well.

Once again, many thanks.
