"My Crohn's Disease"

I was diagnosed with Crohn's and I am now back in hospital because of an infection.
I have to have an operation on my bowel but the staff on ward are brilliant, kind, comforting, friendly, and the doctors are great with me.
The food is good and I don't really have a bad thing to say about this hospital.
