"Visit for tests for jaundice"

I felt I had to write in praise of the wonderful treatment I received at the Hospital. I had heard several negative things about the hospital, all of which I found to be completely untrue. The staff in A&E kept me informed throughout my wait and then found me a bed on warm 16B where the staff were so professional and kind, not only to me but to my fellow patients, that it was truly uplifting. They were extremly patient in dealing with an elderly lady who needed help constantly. All the staff were unfailingly cheerful and extremely hard working. I was involved in all the decision making about my case and everything was explained clearly along the way. First class treatment.
