"What a great job."

It must be hard to work under the pressure of a NHS Rheumatology department. I know that my condition can make my snappy and rude. I cannot imagine what it would be like to arrange appointments or arrange test or administer care to people with long term underlaying pain. This is why I am amazed by the experience I have of this department. the best way to describe them is caring, polite, professional and forward thinking. The NHS is not perfect, but I will state that my care and treatment form this department is. A sincerely meant thank you to all at mile end Rheumatology department. With out you my life would be a totally different experience. I hope you read this. JW
