I am writing to praise and to thank the hospital on the first class care given to my mother while she has been at the hospital during the past four weeks.
My mother who is a frail old lady suffering from Alzheimer's and osteoporosis had been admitted with a suspected fracture on her thigh. Since her admission we have witnessed the highest level of care at every stage of her treatment. She is not a native English speaker and is easily confused by language since she had a stroke two years ago. She was offered a lot of support by all departments particularly the nursing and care staff who had to deal with her on a day to day basis. The accident and emergency team and the staff on Wards 11, 12 and 41 from where we hope she will soon be released to come home.
As I have already mentioned, my family and I would like to offer our sincerest thanks to all the staff for the care of my mother during this time.
