"A&E-Wonderful staff and experience"

I was referred to A&E by the 111 service last week and reluctantly attended Maidstone Hospital. I can't praise highly enough the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff on duty. Nothing was too much trouble-including making myself and my husband a cup of tea, which we felt was way over and above what we could expect from a busy department like this. I was treated with utter respect and understanding with all tests being fully explained at every stage. The department last Tuesday evening was a credit to the NHS and to the Trust-I hope they appreciate the dedication and expertise of all the staff working there; from the receptionist to the young doctor I saw. Thank you so much.
