I waited a long time in the waiting room and when I saw the doctor they did not advise e that the test they proposed to do would be very painful indeed. They simply said that it would be over quickly which I believe is unacceptable. I will not return to this hospital but will seek private treatment where patients are not kept waiting for unreasonable lengths of time and are not treated in a most unfortunate, brutal and unnecessary way. Additionally when I told the nurse it had been very painful indeed they laughed at me and said it was over quickly.
