"Poor, not informed about decisions and not even..."

About: Basildon University Hospital

I visited A&E after being advised to by my GP. However the second I arrived staff were rude as soon as I mention I had seen my GP who advised me to go to A&E if my pain increased. I had never been to A and E before as I did not want to waste time. I was seen not examined and just prescribed two medications which were not explained to me at all. I am terribly upset about the whole experience and the attitude of the staff.
