I went with my mom as she was having very bad stomach pains in A&E and the receptionist saw me standing there yet carried on having a convo with a fellow member of staff and i over heard it was about her relationship, in all fairness thats fine.but they get paid to see to patients first and the manner in which i was spoken to was quite rude!

Anything else?

Earlier this september my nan went in with a heart condition, she had an operation and was told to relax and wasn't able to walk to the toilet herself.when my nan called for a nurse, a nurse pulled my nan's arm and said to her to get up and as my nan tried to hold on to the side of the wall she shouted at her my nan got upset and started crying. which got her more worried and stressed and instead of my getting better my nan's health once again detirioated. nurses get paid and should trear patients with respect and look after them!
