"The staff were extremely nice"

About: Heartlands Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The staff were extremely nice

What could be improved

WAITING TIME- I went to the A&E at heartlands hospital with an acute stomach pain, I entered the hospital at 11 am, 12 pm the first nurse did an initial check up. it was not until 6:30 that I was able to see a doctor. the gynecologistdid an initial scan and diagnosed fibroids which was about 7 cm large, I got the appointment for a scan fourweeks later the radiologist said that I had an ovarian cyst, which she referred as a mass which was over 17 cm in width. She asked me to adress this to my GP urgently and to make sure that the reports were recived by my GP in a week. This is my second week in waiting and I am worried sick about my condition and am anxious how long i would have to wait.
